About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure optimal onboarding of new clients
- Manage the onboarding of a new client from contract signature through to production deployment
- Monitor and drive tracking indicators
- Handle incidents, ensuring follow-up, reporting and communication
- Support the sales team on complex technical proposals
- Ensure Operational Maintenance (MCO) of infrastructures
- Oversee platform monitoring as well as the availability and security of our infrastructures
- Contribute to the automation and optimization of infrastructure operations
- Participate in the management of major technical projects
- Provide customer support
- Track technical actions carried out for clients and provide associated reporting
- Conduct technology watch and be proactive in proposing improvements
- Write documentation and implement ISO27001 processes within a continuous improvement approach
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Server administration: Windows and Linux administration; monitoring
- Virtualization technologies: VMware
- Networking: switching, routing
- IT security: firewall management / traffic matrix
- Storage: management of disk arrays
- Automated application deployment: Ansible, Kubernetes
- Security tools: OpenVAS, ELK, F5, FortiGate (Fortinet), IPsec
- Scripting: Python, Bash, YAML, PowerShell
- Networks: Cisco, OSPF / BGP
- Storage: Pure Storage, Dell, NetApp
- Backups: Veeam, Commvault
