Role Overview
- Responsible for the management of active commercial operations of the Repair Station
- Assist the COO and General Manager in overall operation of the Repair Station
- Support in growth of Repair Station business and customer support
- Strategize for operational profitability in sales and development of new products
- Maintain customer relations both on-site and off-site
- Oversee maintenance and repair of facilities and IT equipment
- Compose correspondence, legal documents, and reports
- Manage personnel and negotiate contracts
- Monitor revenues and expenses for budget compliance
- Assist in maintaining safety regulations
- Interface with Transportation Security Personnel on security concerns
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum one (5) year or more of MRO management experience
- Knowledge of aircraft, accessories, components, fasteners, and other hardware.
- Knowledge and Experience with the FARs
- Business acumen.
