Responsible for managing design process, intake, and strategic design initiatives, including development, coordination and implementation in coordination with Design Director.
Drives alignment between design execution and enterprise brand strategy, ensuring every output of the Design and Brand Team reinforces a cohesive, differentiated brand experience.
Works alongside Design Director to support oversight and execution of design projects and acts as a primary liaison to internal and external partners.
Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.
Achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
Serve as a project manager/coordinator for the Design and Brand Team, overseeing the intake, management and reporting on design team workload.
Manage ideation & production process, acting as regular liaison to all internal and external partners, ensuring alignment to enterprise brand standards across all environments and touchpoints.
Lead strategic and high visibility design project work, working alongside Design Lead to align with on-brand aesthetic and function.
Develop and maintain vendor partner relationships to inspire discretionary effort and drive exceptional outcomes.
Track budget, forecasting and spend in collaboration with finance counterparts.
Regularly review and revise processes to achieve continuous improvement as it relates to the design team’s operational efficiency.
Requirements
Design background (BS or BA) or equivalent experience required (preferably in architectural or interior design);
