Role Overview
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll services for 3,000 employees
- Partner closely with third-party providers and internal teams
- Handle intricate manual calculations for payroll
- Prepare and administer payroll data for company pensions and flexible benefits
- Maintain system records and ensure audit compliance
Requirements
- Solid experience in payroll administration with UK legislation knowledge
- Comfort performing complex manual calculations
- Ability to explain complex tax or payroll details clearly
- Prior experience with Zellis or similar outsourced payroll platform (desirable)
