Acts as the company’s field representative at critical and highly sensitive base and remote locations
Supports hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting on complex integrated network systems
Supports regular, special, and integrated system test programs, including scenario-based testing, developmental testing (DT) and operational testing (OT) at company and customer locations
Represents customer requirements in L3Harris ForceX’s Agile/Scrum software development cycle
Maintains ForceX’s exceptional reputation through positive customer interaction
Provides on-site support for the installation, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cUAS systems
Conducts system testing, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure optimal performance
Delivers comprehensive training to end-users and operators on the proper use and maintenance of cUAS equipment
Collaborates with engineering and support teams to resolve complex technical issues and facilitate continuous improvement of cUAS systems
Ensures compliance with all relevant safety, security, and operational protocols
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Secret Clearance required
3+ years of experience with: cUAS technologies or similar defense/security systems
Diagnostic tools and test equipment
Military standards and technical documentation
Assisting in the development of test cases to properly validate software features
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Holder of a Department of Defense Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one) required
Experience with related technologies such as radar systems, electronic warfare, or surveillance systems
Two (2) or more years of experience troubleshooting technical and/or software products required
Appropriate technology industry certifications such as CompTIA’s A+/Network+/Security+/Server+, Cisco CCNA/CCDA, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, etc. strongly preferred
