About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement institutional communication strategies to strengthen the organization’s reputation
Act as the primary interface between spokespeople, internal leadership, and the communications agency
Develop and strengthen relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and opinion leaders
Prospect and identify new business opportunities
Generate new commercial leads
Conduct visits and meetings with potential clients, presenting the company’s products and services
Prepare tailored commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
Follow up with and retain clients, building long-term relationships and strengthening partnerships
Identify market trends and customer needs, providing strategic insights for company growth
Manage the sales funnel
Manage targets and goals
Monitor competitor activity
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or technical higher education (completed)
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Own a car and have a valid driver’s license
Solid experience in consultative sales to corporate clients
Experience in B2B prospecting, outside sales, and negotiation
Experience selling services/products to Human Resources departments
Organized and able to manage multiple projects
Availability and flexibility in working hours
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to attract potential clients
Knowledge of the market and its trends, understanding customer needs and demands
Proactive and autonomous in developing sales strategies and acquiring new business
Experience selling Apprenticeship Programs will be considered a plus
