Role Overview
- Provide risk management expertise to business leaders
- Lead and support implementation of risk frameworks
- Provide oversight and recommendations based on strategy and best practices
- Interpret business challenges and recommend actions
- Act as a technical expert leading cross-functional teams
- Solve complex problems and develop new solutions
- Manage end-to-end functional programs
- Communicate technical concepts to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
- 7+ years relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of risk management governance, programs, policies, practices, operating frameworks & reporting
- Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, regulations and mitigation
- Ability to establish goals and objectives which support the strategic plan
- Ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate program/project activities
- Advanced skill in using analytical software tools and data analysis methods
- Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions
