North America Alliance & Category Manager

Role Overview

• Own and drive category strategy for the Alletra server portfolio across North America.
• Accelerate unit growth through targeted sales plays, demand generation, and field engagement.
• Identify and penetrate net-new accounts, expanding footprint beyond existing customer base.
• Partner closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze pipeline, conversion rates, and market trends to continuously refine and optimize performance.
• Build scalable programs that improve acquisition, expansion, and overall regional growth impact.
• Responsible for driving the HPE growth for HPE Alletra 4000 portfolio.

Requirements

• 6+ years of data center experience.
• Strong knowledge of Alletra 4000 product portfolio.
• Understanding and ability to formulate strategic category plans.
• Extensive experience in driving sales initiatives.
