Manage and lead projects from conception through final delivery

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Project Management: Proven experience in project management
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project): Ability to create, monitor, and adjust schedules for complex projects, ensuring delivery within established timelines and budgets
Effective Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors
Conflict Management: Ability to identify and resolve team conflicts constructively, maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment
Meeting Leadership: Experience leading efficient meetings, keeping focus on objectives and ensuring active participation from team members
Management Presentations: Ability to prepare and present project progress reports and results to senior management with clarity and confidence
