Operation and further development of a hybrid IT infrastructure (cloud & on-premises)
Administration and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment (including Entra ID, Intune, etc.)
Support and implementation of cloud transformation (migration of on-premises systems to the cloud)
Support of classic infrastructure components such as Active Directory, Exchange (On-Premises & Online) and Group Policies
Participation in the administration of virtualization solutions (e.g. VMware) as well as backup and security systems
Coordination of external service providers and collaboration with international stakeholders
Ensuring IT security, compliance and system availability
Analysis, design and implementation of new technical solutions and processes
Independent project management and continuous optimization of the IT landscape

At least 5 years of professional experience
Solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID)
Experience in hybrid IT environments (cloud & on-premises)
Good knowledge of classic infrastructure topics (e.g. Active Directory, Exchange, GPOs)
Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting languages
Willingness to work across disciplines as a generalist and to learn new technologies
Good German language skills and technical English proficiency
