Role Overview
- Responsible for a variety of customer engagement activities
- Meet with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and represent the Respiratory division
- Identify key stakeholders in Pulmonology and understand account context
- Tailor calls according to individual and account needs
- Build Key Opinion Leader (KOL) support for the portfolio
- Provide competent advice and support to relevant HCPs and customers in the hospital segment
- Establish and maintain intensive, sustainable customer relationships
- Conduct target-oriented dialogue focused on customer benefits and added value for patients
- Independently manage the region, including account analyses and route planning
- Participate in trade fairs and congresses
- Independently plan, coordinate and deliver training events and specialist presentations
- Regularly report to sales management
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the local healthcare environment
- Ability to identify key stakeholders in Pulmonology
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Pharmareferent qualification (Austrian pharmaceutical sales representative certification)
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical sector
- Experience in Respiratory medicine preferred
- Proficiency in German
- Conversational English
- Willingness to travel very frequently
- Valid driver’s license
