Lead and manage the company's commercial operations with a focus on sustainable revenue growth.
Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Establish, monitor, and report on key commercial KPIs.
Manage and mentor a team of approximately 4–5 employees including Sales Managers, VIP Account Managers, and other commercial team members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure campaigns align with commercial objectives and support development of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial, sales, account management, or business development leadership role.
Proven experience within one or more of the following industries: Cloud Hosting, Data Centres, Managed Services, Telecommunications, SaaS, Enterprise IT Services, iGaming Infrastructure.
Proven track record of growing revenue, managing commercial teams, and improving customer retention.
Experience managing B2B sales cycles and enterprise-level client relationships.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Commercially focused with a strong understanding of revenue generation and customer lifecycle management.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
