About this role

Create detailed routed Wheel Speed Sensor, Motor on Caliper Park Brake and Electro-mechanical Brake Caliper Jumper Harness Designs
Create detailed routed Jounce Hose/Pipe assembly Designs
Generate dynamic Harness & Jounce Hose representations using NX/Flexpipe
Create and maintain a library in NX for standard hydraulic fittings, clips, fasteners, and electrical connectors
Complete thorough clearance analysis and optimize Harness and Hose Designs
Conduct Routing Quality Assessments
Support additional Brake System Design work
Develop fully parameterized Computer Aided Design math models
Apply Design for Manufacturability and Design for Assembly principles
Document and maintain material, mass, and other part specifications

2–5 years of experience in CAD / engineering design (automotive or mechanical systems)
Proficiency in Siemens NX and parametric modeling
Strong understanding of GD&T, manufacturability, and subsystem integration
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience
