About this role
Role Overview
- Provide individual support to farmers pursuing HVE and AREA environmental certifications: ensure their operations comply with the relevant standards
- Prepare farms for certification audits
- Serve as an information relay to farmers about HVE schemes and investment aid programs
- As part of support for Agri-Environmental and Climate Measures (MAEC): assist with entering records of phytosanitary practices to calculate farms' IFT (Treatment Frequency Index)
- Promote, develop and deliver the Chamber of Agriculture's services to farmers (fertilization plans, practice recording, preparation of PCAE application dossiers)
- Participate in CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) campaigns for crop-surface declarations and aid applications
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in agronomy or agronomic engineering, or alternatively a Bac+2 diploma or Professional Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge and skills in agronomy or environmental science
- Dynamic profile with strong interpersonal skills and good active listening abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Category B driver's license required (company vehicle provided)
