Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in food service, hospitality, healthcare, and facility management sectors
Provide preventative maintenance, emergency service and installation support within territory
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Southern Alberta District
Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to support customer needs
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical support) to deliver seamless solutions
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives, maintaining high safety standards companywide

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Technical skills with plumbing and electrical components are preferred
Experience in hygiene, cleaning, or chemical solutions industry is an asset
Sales or account management experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work nights and weekends as determined by business need, and willingness to travel overnight as required
