Manage and support multiple projects and project managers across various development phases and across several projects and engagements to meet and exceed established objectives, including timelines, quality and budget
Primary focus on the specific needs of the project, client, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders
Develop scope and schedules for assigned projects
Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential project risks, project logistics, budget and scope
Proactively manage project-related issues across accounts or engagements
Lead and document all weekly project meetings
Coordinate and track all vendor tendering/bid processes
Maintain accurate and consistent files and documentation
Coordinate subcontractor activities and the relocation of technical functions
Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
Prepare and update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and finance
Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost‑effective manner
Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required by assigned projects
Assist the local PDS team in achieving adjusted gross margin (AGM) targets at regional and national levels as determined annually by the Executive Management Committee
Assist in the training and development of JLL team members on company procedures, methodologies and practices
Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business conduct
Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
Requirements
7+ years of relevant work experience, or a combination of relevant work experience and education
Experience in commercial real estate, architecture or the construction industry is required
Ability to effectively and efficiently understand all aspects of construction projects, including but not limited to budgeting and scheduling, in order to fully assess project implications based on minimal conceptual information
Must have an understanding of the technical requirements for corporate relocations
Ability to communicate successfully with architects, contractors, client representatives and team members
Must have strong organizational and time management skills
Must be able to adapt and reprioritize while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Flexibility with working hours and travel as required
