About this role
Role Overview
Own and evolve the overall Revenue Operations function across Shield and portfolio companies
Build and maintain forecasting models, pipeline reporting, revenue analytics, and KPI dashboards
Develop scalable GTM processes spanning lead management, pipeline progression, customer lifecycle management, and reporting
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership on operational planning and business performance analysis
Support CRM optimization, workflow automation, territory planning, and data integrity initiatives
Drive operational integration efforts for newly acquired businesses
Create executive-ready reporting and business reviews for leadership stakeholders
Analyze revenue trends, conversion metrics, and operational performance to identify growth opportunities
Help define and standardize sales processes, reporting structures, and operational best practices across entities
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve tooling, systems alignment, and overall GTM efficiency
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, or related operational leadership roles
Experience supporting high-growth SaaS, MSP, IT services, technology, or PE-backed organizations strongly preferred
Strong experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, forecasting, and revenue analytics
Demonstrated ability to build processes and operational frameworks in evolving environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Experience working cross-functionally with executive leadership and multiple business units
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or multi-entity operations is highly preferred
