Provide technical support throughout the entire sales cycle — from discovery workshops and solution design to presentations, demos, proofs of concept (PoCs), and proofs of value (PoVs)
Analyze complex customer requirements and develop tailored technical solution architectures
Design solutions for on-premises, hybrid, and high-security segmented network environments
Provide technical support for RFIs, RFPs, and public tenders at national and European levels
Work closely with Bundeswehr-affiliated organizations, government authorities, system integrators, and defense companies
Support international projects and NATO-related opportunities together with the international team
Requirements
Several years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Presales Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant
Ideally experience in the cybersecurity domain and working with clients in defence, government, public sector, or critical infrastructure (KRITIS)
Solid knowledge of modern IT infrastructures, particularly in virtualization, networking, gateways, and proxy technologies
Hands-on experience with scripting and automation, e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell
Understanding of regulatory requirements in the public sector, in particular BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, or comparable standards
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and persuasively
Fluent German (negotiation-level) and very good English
Willingness and ability to undergo security screening in accordance with SÜG
