Intern – Group HR

Role Overview

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and initiatives led by Group Human Resources.
• Assist with day-to-day Group HR operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
• Liaise with stakeholders across various Business Units to support the development, enhancement, and implementation of Human Resource initiatives.
• Contribute to employee engagement programs and internal communication initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong interest in event planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Dynamic, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva and other relevant platforms is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with effective project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
