You manage customer projects related to energy monitoring and load management from initial planning through successful operation, combining project management, customer success and service with a clear focus on customer needs, processes and product development.
You independently lead customer projects, drive onboarding with new customers and conduct structured topic workshops to achieve results.
Along the customer journey you actively support customers, deliver software trainings and web sessions, and ensure strong adoption of the solutions.
You handle customer requests via ServiceNow, analyze issues at Level‑1 and Level‑2 support and coordinate rapid resolutions with the appropriate teams.
In collaboration with cloud development, edge development, sales, accounting and corporate interfaces you improve internal processes and cross‑team cooperation.
You capture customer feedback as feature requests and refinements, support the rollout of new functions and, when needed, conduct webinars and manage hardware processes.
Requirements
Professional background in the energy industry, economics, engineering, IT or a comparable qualification
Experience in project management, customer service, energy monitoring, data acquisition, metering, software or audits
Understanding of the physical and economic fundamentals of energy data, energy measurement, energy consumption, energy billing, Modbus; experience with energy or environmental management systems (e.g. ISO 50001, EMAS), OKR and AI tools
Precise communication with customers and colleagues, independent project management, team orientation, attention to detail, reliability, goal orientation and sustainable thinking
Very good German skills and good English skills for communication in an international environment.
