Gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into detailed technical specifications;
Collaborate with the development team to estimate timelines, assess feasibility, and plan project roadmaps;
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery for both consulting clients and internal product goals;
Act as a Product Owner: define features, experiment with new AI tools, and help design AI orchestration flows;
Advise clients on optimal technical solutions, identifying opportunities for automation and scalability;
Monitor progress across workstreams and ensure clear communication across all teams.
