Customer service: Support our customers with questions about orders, delivery times, invoices, products and general inquiries — friendly, solution‑oriented and reliable.
Back office & Administration: Assist with day‑to‑day operations, maintain clear structures, coordinate internal processes and ensure tasks are completed reliably.
Accounting: Support preparatory accounting tasks, review documents, prepare invoices and receipts, and work closely with our tax office and internal contacts.
Founders Associate: Work directly with management, prepare topics, coordinate tasks, research information and help accelerate operational decision‑making.
Process development: Identify recurring issues, help develop improved workflows, and contribute to making our company more efficient, structured and scalable.
Requirements
Outgoing personality: You are a communication talent and can quickly build new relationships by phone, email or in person. Long‑term customer relationships come naturally to you.
Business administration knowledge: You have a degree in business administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification and have already gained practical experience.
Structured & independent work style: You are well organized, work independently and keep an overview of your tasks and goals — even in a fast‑paced startup environment.
Digital affinity: You are confident using CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), MS Office and digital tools.
Passion for the shared project: You are resilient, reliable, keep the big picture in mind, enjoy solving challenges successfully and are willing to go the extra mile for collective success.
