5+ years of relevant work experience in data engineering.
2+ years of experience managing engineering teams, or strong tech-lead experience.
Depth in data engineering — building and operating data pipelines at scale with strong SQL, a modern cloud data stack, distributed systems, and event streaming.
Hands-on experience with digital, behavioral, or clickstream data — web and app analytics at scale.
Demonstrated agile delivery discipline: a team that ships what it commits to, on the date it commits to.
A track record of influencing without authority and communicating with candor.
BA/BS in Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
