Lead the migration strategy and architecture (rehost / replatform / refactor) for each component.
Design the target architecture (C4 / L0–L3), including security, networking, and observability patterns.
Orchestrate CI/CD (Azure DevOps / GitHub / Jenkins).
Define and implement the data strategy (migration, reconciliation, data quality, retention / LGPD compliance).
Map and standardize integrations (APIs, events, messaging: Kafka / Event Hubs / IoT Hub).
Implement end-to-end observability (logs, metrics, traces, SLI / SLO).
Run migration pilots/waves, manage risks and rollback plans, coordinating multidisciplinary squads.
Liaise with vendors (e.g., Sensormatic / Johnson Controls) and internal stakeholders, reporting on roadmap, risks, and decisions.

Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migrations (Azure / AWS / GCP).
Distributed architecture: high availability, caching, queuing/messaging, APIs and integrations.
Cloud networking and security (VNet / VPC, peering, VPN / ExpressRoute / Direct Connect, WAF, IAM, Key Vault / Secrets Manager).
Databases (SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL).
Production CI/CD; observability practices (capacity / performance).
Operating systems (Linux / Windows).
Experience with store integrations.
Preferred:
Experience with TrueVUE (Sensormatic / Johnson Controls) or retail RFID/inventory solutions.
Containers and Kubernetes (AKS / EKS / GKE).
Event-driven and streaming (Kafka / Event Hubs / Kinesis / Databricks).
Change management and third-party/vendor management.
