Proven leadership of 2-4 squads or platform teams with measurable outcomes (e.g., 2x release frequency, 30% lead time reduction)
Proven experience scaling white-label platforms to hundreds of variants
Governance of multi-package monorepos and release automation across 100+ variants
Expert in design systems, feature management, and testing strategies
Track record of building and leading engineering teams
Strong experience with release automation and app store processes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strategic thinking with hands-on technical capabilities
Intermediate Level or higher of English language
