Role Overview
- Manage internal and external audits, including report preparation
- Coordinate and attend internal control walkthrough meetings with relevant individuals from within the business unit and the external auditors
- Coordinate and support the quarterly attestation process
- Coordinate the write-off process and support reporting
- Business continuity planning and disaster recovery
- Coordinate access reviews
- Support the Financial Controls team as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Major/specialization in accounting, finance, or commerce is preferred
- Suitable for a new or recent graduate
- Understanding of IFRS and SOX controls preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and flexible to changing priorities and timelines
- Proven technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
