Provides first-level support for Finance applications as part of the Finance Technology team
Supports and optimizes Workday security for Finance, including design, configuration, and maintenance of security roles, permissions, and related controls
Works with a team of analysts to support process standardization and Workday best practices within the Finance Technology team
Requirements
1 to 3 years of relevant experience for Finance Service Desk Analyst
2 to 4 years of general Workday or Workday security experience for Workday Security Analyst
5 or more years of Workday Finance experience for Workday Functional Senior Analyst
Workday experience
Hands-on experience with Workday Finance and/or Workday Security modules
Understanding of Finance processes such as accounting, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash
Knowledge of Workday security, including roles, domain security, and access controls
Ability to analyze system data, configurations, workflows, and process gaps
Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, data mapping, and solution support
Understanding of system governance and control frameworks
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
