Management of the Casa Flora account for maritime and road operations;
Monitoring processes from order placement to delivery at the customer's distribution center (DC);
Contact with the customer's and Timbro's suppliers;
Analysis and verification of import documentation;
Registration and tracking of processes in the system;
Expense calculation for billing;
Closing import processes;
Continuous follow-up with the client;
Support for operational routines related to the import of food and beverages.

Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Experience with end-to-end import processes;
Experience with the Conexos system is a plus.
