Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding journey with clear communication and a helpful attitude.
Assist clients in connecting their POS systems to our platform (training will be provided).
Navigate our internal interface to build and launch "form-based" ad campaigns on behalf of our clients based on their business goals.
Craft clear, professional, and empathetic emails, and hop on occasional calls to walk clients through the platform.
Identify, log, and help solve minor system bugs or user errors from time to time, escalating complex issues to the engineering team when necessary.

English: B2+ / C1 with strong written and verbal communication
Experience: 2+ years in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or Technical Support
SaaS Experience: Prior experience working with a SaaS product/platform (required)
Client-Facing: Comfortable working directly with clients and guiding them through onboarding
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning software, troubleshooting issues, and navigating dashboards/integrations
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests
Availability: Part time, US time zones
Strongly Preferred: Experience with POS systems
Experience in digital marketing / campaign setup
Experience in hospitality or retail tech
