About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the central coordinator responsible for translating go-to-market strategies into actionable marketing plans.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, creative teams, and marketing partners to manage project timelines and oversee campaign readiness.
Support the delivery of customer-focused marketing programs.
Lead end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and dependency tracking.
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Coordinate priorities across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
Establish and maintain regular operating rhythms and status updates.
Prepare project updates, status reports, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in cross-functional project or program management.
3+ years of experience managing project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications.
3+ years of experience using project tracking and reporting tools, including Excel and collaborative planning platforms.
3+ years of experience supporting marketing operations, campaign execution, launch planning, or go-to-market programs.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
