The Alan Insurance Graduate Program is a unique opportunity to enter the team at the core of Alan Insurance business without getting silo-ed on a precise role.
The Insurance team focuses on innovating on our health and disability insurance products, over 5 geographies including France, Belgium, Spain and Canada.
After a 2-months onboarding, you may be involved in multiple missions in different streams of the Insurance team:
The Enterprise and Public Sector stream structures the best offers for our largest clients, whether a ministry or a corporate.
The insurance product stream dive into the lifecycle of a contract, from pricing and product implementation to the renewal phase.
The analytics and repricing stream focus on building metrics, tools, and dynamic models to monitor our portfolio, forecast our margin and price our portfolio.
The reinsurance and risk stream owns the Capital requirement model, the risk governance, the relationship with our Supervisor (ACPR) and the reinsurance coverage.
Requirements
Have a first experience in actuarial/insurance, finance, strategy, data, quantitative or product topics.
Have a scientific background (statistics, engineering, actuarial science).
Are excited about growing in a fast-paced environment on multidisciplinary topics involving technical, data, regulatory, product and business questions related to health and prévoyance insurance.
Are comfortable with SQL or willing to learn.
Are analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style.
Are enthusiastic about teamwork, curious, learning, and teaching.
Are willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo.
Have strong written communication skills.
Are fluent in both French and English (Alan’s working language).
