Coordinating learning and development programmes and initiatives
Supporting onboarding, career development and succession planning activities
Helping deliver management and leadership development programmes
Running employee engagement and feedback initiatives
Producing learning insights and reporting through HiBob and other systems
Supporting apprenticeship programmes and external learning partnerships
Helping build capability in future skills, including AI and emerging technologies
Requirements
Experience within Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR or a broader People function
Eligible to work in the UK
Previous roles could include Learning & Development Coordinator, Learning Advisor, Talent Development Coordinator, People Advisor, HR Advisor with exposure to Learning & Development
A degree in psychology or a similar field is advantageous
Experience using HiBob
Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies would be advantageous
