Role Overview
- You will receive professional training in B2B Customer Success & Business Development
- You will take ownership of your own client portfolio and be responsible for advising them effectively
- You will support our customers after purchase and develop them into key accounts for the company 🤝
- You will also assist our Customer Service team with ongoing customer support
Requirements
- You are open to an adventure in a young start-up
- You love learning new things and grow with the challenge
- You have strong communication skills and are a true team player
- Confident presence and excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent German, both written and spoken
- You work proactively and enjoy taking responsibility
- “That can’t be done” is not in your vocabulary 🙌
