Paid ads as the focus. You produce video creatives for our paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), continuously develop new hook and format variants, and work closely with the Performance/Growth team on testing, iteration, and scaling the best ads.
Develop formats instead of churning out clips. You invent and test new video formats for Ordio — from recurring series and interviews to product stories — always keeping an eye on what works in our market and among the best.
Drive creativity. You contribute your own ideas, draw inspiration from other channels, and continuously evolve our existing content instead of waiting for briefs.
Own shoots end-to-end. You independently plan and lead shoots: concept, sourcing talent, freelancers, locations and equipment, directing on set, editing, and publishing.
On
and off-camera. You confidently present our internal voices, clients and partners on camera — and if you want, you can also host or present yourself.
Production ownership. You own the entire pipeline: from raw footage through editing to shorts/cutdowns and distribution across platforms and aspect ratios.
Think internationally. You produce content that works across countries and languages, and adapt formats to our growing markets.
Deliver fast and learn. You work in a ship-first cadence: better shipped and learning this week than perfect next quarter.
Requirements
Several years of experience in video production — for a brand, a studio, or as a creator — with a portfolio that demonstrates range, speed, and taste
Experience with video creatives for paid ads / performance marketing: you know what makes an ad work in the first seconds and think in hooks, variants, and A/B tests
A strong instinct for formats: you study channels, understand why something works, and can come up with multiple format ideas for any topic
Hands-on from A to Z: you shoot and edit yourself and feel responsible for the result, not just your part
Organizational talent for shoots: you source and coordinate talent, freelancers, locations and equipment while keeping the big picture in mind
You're comfortable in front of the camera or eager to try it (not required but a plus)
You think beyond country borders and enjoy producing for different markets and audiences
Very good German and good English skills
Some experience with AI-assisted workflows
