About this role
Role Overview
Provide superior levels of internal customer service by responding to and managing stakeholder enquiries, complaints and issues
Identify opportunities to improve the processes within your team or work area
Undertake investigations in respect to customer requests and/or as a result of transactional or exception-based issues
Contribute to and/or complete reconciliations
Complete general administrative duties as required
Practice prudent risk management by identifying and responding to business risks
Requirements
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the home lending or commercial lending process (desirable)
Strong customer service experience with the ability to build effective relationships with relevant stakeholders
An adaptable and quick learner who is able to keep up with the varying complexities of our processes and procedures
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong work ethic with a team-orientated outlook
A positive, CAN do mindset
