About this role
Role Overview
- Own and manage the Professional Services and Managed Services category
- Drive business development and sourcing transformation initiatives
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies and category strategies
- Lead and execute sourcing activities
- Establish and maintain effective supplier governance models
- Oversee Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Participate in internal governance forums
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance
Requirements
- Genuine background in procurement and/or sourcing
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement and sourcing
- Experience negotiating framework agreements in relevant areas
- Proven track record with major IT suppliers
- Experience leading change management initiatives
- A university degree in a relevant field
- Additional procurement qualifications such as CIPS or CPM are considered an advantage
- Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize workload
- Strong critical-thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
