Driving processes and development within the analyst team to ensure effective monitoring and reporting
Guiding and assisting where and when required to resolve issues quickly, escalating up the reporting chain when required
Keeping the Head of Payments Performance and Analytics and relevant teams informed of all issues and reporting changes
Maintain the analyst responsibilities list and KPIs, updating and optimizing it as and when business needs change
Responsibilities include monitoring, volume routing and BIN optimization, data field mappings, chargeback monitoring and communications, among others
With the help from the analyst team lead, ensure all monitoring KPIs are met
Ensuring optimal communications to internal and external parties so that all parties are aware of any processing changes
Assisting internal and external parties that require reporting and data insights as and when required
Assisting and overseeing the functions the finance coordinator, which include invoicing, select wire instructions and basic reconciliation
Assisting and overseeing the technical team to drive and resolve all development tickets, as well as any other projects and tasks that are required, such as providing auditing information or completing documentation
Ensuring all necessary reporting changes to cubes and reports are briefed, logged and delivered according to determined deadlines and requirements

Relevant experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Advanced experience in Excel
At least 3 years’ leadership experience
