VP, Strategic Account Project Manager

Role Overview

• Provides executive leadership for assigned projects and strategic accounts
• Architects and executes transformational real estate strategies
• Leads the formulation and execution of business line strategy
• Drives revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and collaboration
• Cultivates C-suite relationships and positions JLL's capabilities
• Serves as trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients
• Cultivates long-term strategic relationships at the executive level
• Orchestrates seamless integration across multidisciplinary teams
• Negotiates complex, high-value agreements
• Establishes governance frameworks and performance standards
• Implements quality assurance protocols and risk management strategies
• Provides executive guidance on complex issues
• Drives adoption of advanced project delivery technologies
• Champions innovation in project management methodologies
• Recruits, interviews, and selects top talent for delivery roles
• Manages performance review cycles and sets annual goals
• Fosters a collaborative, inclusive team environment
• Optimizes team structure and workload distribution
• Represents JLL's project management capabilities in client presentations

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years in responsible charge of Tier 2, 3 or 4 Data Center(s) or Critical manufacturing Operation(s)
• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from four-year College or University preferred; or 10 to 15 years related technical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or related activity
