Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key accounts within the assigned territory, fostering long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities
Position the SERB product portfolio (both current and future) in alignment with relevant national and regional guidelines, protocols, and formularies
Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders and relevant stakeholders (in partnership with our Medical and Marketing functions) to influence sales potential, future guidelines, and product positioning, as well as ensure the execution of peer-to-peer and advocacy programs
Identify and cultivate new clients to drive sales and expand the reach of SERB products
Execute targeted promotional plans for designated products, through direct engagement with key stakeholders within the assigned territory
Leverage national and regional thought leaders to strategically position SERB's product portfolio in alignment with current and future industry guidelines and protocols
Develop and implement Peer-to-Peer and Advocacy programs to strengthen the SERB products
Establish and maintain in-depth knowledge of the customers, key decision-makers, and strategic accounts to support informed decision-making
Maximize sales potential by identifying growth opportunities and driving sales strategies
Develop and implement comprehensive plans to achieve both short
and long-term objectives
Maintain consistent communication with strategic contacts (national and regional) and provide timely updates to the Management team regarding anticipated changes in protocols, products, and treatment pathways
Keep the Management team well-informed of key field developments, national forums, and expert opinions that may influence the positioning and sales potential of current and future products
Ensure comprehensive knowledge of products, therapy areas, and market dynamics, maintaining a high level of expertise to support ongoing sales and strategy efforts
Requirements
Master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, a related field or similar (Pharmaberater:in)
5+ years of previous specialty pharma sales experience with a proven track record, ideally in the area of hematology / oncology
Strong knowledge of hospital business
Strong knowledge of the Spanish hospital network
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent relationship skills and strong client orientation
Computer literacy (MS Office and iOS on Apple devices)
Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work independently
Valid driving license and willingness to travel (~60-80% customer facing)
Fluency in Spanish is a must
Very good command of verbal and written English is essential
