About this role
Role Overview
Professionally manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
Facilitate smooth customer onboarding processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to assess performance
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Play a key role in customer retention efforts
Act as a customer advocate within the organization
Requirements
Bachelor Degree
Fluency in English and Romania language, any other CEE language is a plus
Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or FMCG
Direct customer liaising
Creative problem solver
Team player with the ability to work on own initiative and autonomously
