Role Overview
- Professionally manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Facilitate smooth customer onboarding processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to assess performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Play a key role in customer retention efforts
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluency in English and Romania language, any other CEE language is a plus
- Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or FMCG
- Direct customer liaising
- Creative problem solver
- Team player with the ability to work on own initiative and autonomously
