Account Manager

Role Overview

• Owns execution of operational performance strategy for Accredo Specialty Pharmacy clients
• Shape and advance service strategy
• Manage client relationships in alignment with the Account Executive
• Drive cross-functional alignment across product and operational teams
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Accredo products and services
• Act as lead in managing reporting requests

Requirements

• College Degree or 5+ years of experience in a relevant role
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare / managed care business
• Product knowledge
• Underwriting principals
• Risk and financial analysis skills
• Marketing processes
• Account management experience
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing skills.
