About this role
Role Overview
- Deliver business targets in Value (Net Consumption sales, Net Gain) and Distribution
- Develop a strong knowledge of the Beauty Industry, Competition, Wella Portfolio and Sales data
- Complete annual Joint Business Plans with Key Customers
- Plan & Execute BEST IN CLASS Distributor (BSG) Sales Meetings and Trainings
- Proactively develop relationship with local Cosmoprof (BSG) stores
- Actively prospect market to identify and close competitive brand salons
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering sales results (minimum 3 years) in a business-to-business account Management role
- Negotiation & Customer Portfolio Management competencies
- Interest in Beauty industry
- Strong skills on MS Office including Excel and PPT development
- Valid driving license & willing to travel/spend 75% of time in market
- Ability to travel via air 1-2 times minimum per year for national sales meetings
