About this role

Lead and manage projects from vision through delivery, overseeing the work of 1–2 designers as needed
Plan and execute service development milestones, ensuring timely delivery and clear cross-team communication
Proactively identify and address risks, challenges, and priorities
Define multi-year learning sequences across content, instruction, and academic equity for educators and administrators
Design and develop high-quality professional learning experiences and resources aligned to a Spanish literacy curriculum and project goals
Provide visual design direction to support effective learning experiences
Ensure all content meets quality, rigor, and accessibility standards
Collaborate effectively with the Service Design & Development team and cross-functional partners

Minimum of 7 years’ experience developing bilingual K–6 curriculum or implementation services, or coaching bilingual curriculum
Native or near-native Spanish proficiency
Deep content knowledge and pedagogical expertise in K–6 Spanish literacy and bilingual education
At least 3 years’ experience facilitating professional learning for teachers and administrators
Strong expertise in adult learning and professional development best practices
Exceptional writing and editing skills
