Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic client and partner accounts, ensuring long-term retention and revenue growth.
Developing and executing strategic account plans that drive commercial outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and primary point of contact.
Identifying and delivering upsell and cross-sell opportunities while managing contract renewals and negotiations.
Collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations to align solutions with client needs.
Monitoring account performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and using Salesforce to track activity and drive actions.

You will have strong experience managing key client accounts and building strategic relationships within a commercial environment.
You will be confident presenting, influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
You will be able to interpret client data and translate insights into clear, commercially focused actions.
You will demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
You will be self-motivated, results-driven and confident working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
