Executive Assistant – Chief Marketing Officer

Role Overview

• Manage calendar, meetings, documents and structures, reviews, follow-up actions, travel
• Coordinate internal and cross-functional communication
• Support team procedures & help establish new ones
• Communication support with external partners, partner search
• Support marketing project tracking, progress
• Reporting of key weekly/monthly/quarterly performance information
• Reporting to CMO
• Other assignment tasks

Requirements

• Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting senior leaders
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Eager to learn and grow in marketing or management area
• Fluency in English language
