Role Overview
Own end-to-end technical support for our developer customers
Help onboard our new customers
Proactively monitor key accounts
Develop a deep understanding of how our clients’ businesses work
Get into our customers’ code
Help us build the foundations of our support function
Bring AI into the workflow from week one
Spot recurring issues and partner with Engineering and Product
Be a calm, technical presence when a customer’s production is degraded
Requirements
6+ years supporting developers at a B2B SaaS company
You’re comfortable in code
You use AI deliberately as part of your craft
You’ve shaped how a team operates
You bring momentum
Excellent written English
French or other European languages are a bonus, not a requirement.
