Role Overview
- Lead and optimize paid advertising efforts for a growing legal services organization.
- Take ownership of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Continuously improve performance through data analysis, testing, and optimization.
- Work closely with leadership to transform marketing insights into impactful results.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands on paid advertising experience with measurable lead generation results.
- Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads including Search, Display, Local Services Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads Manager including Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- Google Ads Certification required.
- Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.
- Proven experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $5,000 or more.
- Advanced experience with Google Tag Manager including conversion tracking, event configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 including attribution modeling, funnel analysis, and custom reporting.
- Experience with CallRail or similar call tracking platforms.
- Experience creating and maintaining performance dashboards.
- Prior experience in legal services, criminal defense, or a comparable professional services industry preferred.
- Familiarity with legal advertising policies and compliance requirements.
- Spanish proficiency preferred.
