Target and win two distinct buyer profiles: existing Clara enterprise clients with operations in new markets, and net-new global companies that have never heard of Clara before.
Act as a relentless outbound hunter, generating a high-quality pipeline through Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and creative multi-channel approaches.
Lead consultative, high-impact product demos with CFOs, Finance Directors, and HR leaders, positioning Clara as the definitive alternative to fragmented global expense processes.
Maintain pristine pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in Hubspot, applying structured qualification frameworks across a high-volume, multi-geography funnel.
Exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new customers, TPV, and credit line activation.
Act as the internal vanguard for global expansion—relaying competitive signals, pricing feedback, and market intelligence to Product and Leadership via Slack and cross-functional syncs.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales experience with a fierce outbound and hunter track record, ideally within fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS.
Proven role-specific execution managing complex, full-cycle sales processes and closing deals across international borders, different time zones, and multiple currencies.
Highly self-directed—you thrive in ambiguity, operate effectively without a predefined playbook, and have a proven ability to build a territory from scratch.
Hands-on proficiency with CRM tools like Hubspot and outbound prospecting platforms.
Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate prospecting, and evolve sales conversations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of successfully selling to executive stakeholders (CFOs, VP Finance).
Adaptability to fast-changing environments and comfort operating in a hyper-growth setting.
