Provide high‑quality technical pensions support to Financial Brokers and Advisors on Zurich’s pensions products
Interpret and explain pensions legislation and regulatory developments
Support the development and enhancement of Zurich’s pensions propositions
Contribute to the preparation and delivery of technical content
Assist with queries relating to transfers, QROPS, Pension Adjustment Orders and trusteeship
Build strong relationships with brokers and internal teams
Ensure all activity is conducted in line with Zurich policies and regulatory requirements

Strong experience in the Irish pensions or wider financial services sector
In‑depth knowledge of Irish pensions products and legislation
Professional pensions or financial planning qualifications such as AIIPM, QFA, RPA, CFP or relevant pensions qualification (or progress towards same)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
A collaborative approach and strong relationship‑building skills
