Lead the planning, implementation, migration, and optimization of identity and access management solutions.
Serve as the technical lead for medium to large customer engagements.
Develop implementation plans, technical documentation, and deployment methodologies.
Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles from discovery through project completion.
Perform identity assessments, health checks, security reviews, and roadmap engagements.
Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers.
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and operational requirements.

5+ years of experience in the IT industry with at least 3 years focused on Identity and Access Management solutions.
Experience leading customer-facing technical projects.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity environments.
Experience with Okta or other enterprise identity platforms.
Experience implementing MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and identity governance solutions.
Experience with PIM, PAM, RBAC, and least-privilege security models.
Experience performing identity assessments, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
Experience with PowerShell and automation technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to mentor and guide less experienced engineers.
